Lucky Lucky Blackjack Slot
Lucky Lucky Blackjack follows in the footsteps of many other blackjack titles released by Playtech, with this title staying true to the foundations set through traditional casino blackjack games. Unlike many live casino games based around the traditional casino game Blackjack, in this Playtech release, users can play up to 5 hands at the same time, with an entire table to themself. On top of the standard blackjack game mechanics, the developers of Lucky Lucky Blackjack have added a series of additional side bets that can be placed, with varying prize returns available if landed.
Lucky Lucky Blackjack Game Background
The layout of the Lucky Lucky Blackjack release resembles many other online casino blackjack games available here at BOYLE Sports. The visuals showcase a wooden blackjack table with green felt covering the inside, where cards will be laid during gameplay. Towards the top right of the screen, a deck of cards can be found placed in a card shoe, which will be drawn from when gameplay commences. In Lucky Lucky Blackjack, the cards will be placed on one of the five circular playing positions, each with an additional circle below bearing a shamrock, signifying the side bet option.
Located at the top of the table in the centre is the Lucky Lucky Blackjack logo, featuring a green shamrock against a red backdrop with a golden outline. Towards the right of this, there is a range of side bet options and their prize value. Slightly below the game's logo, there is a banner stating some of the game's rules, such as ‘blackjack pays 3 to 2’ and ‘dealer draws to 16 and stands on 17’, which is relatively common for blackjack games online.
Some other blackjack games that can be played here include One Blackjack Live and Unlimited Blackjack Live.
How To Play Lucky Lucky Blackjack
The gameplay mechanics are pretty standard in the Lucky Lucky Blackjack title compared to most of Playtech’s releases on the infamous card game. The overall aim for the players in this title is to achieve a hand with a value as close to 21 as possible without exceeding it. This is done with the two cards that are dealt at the beginning of the play, as well as during play, when the option to ‘stand’ or ‘hit’ is raised. Once gameplay begins, the user will be dealt two cards, and so will the dealer, though the dealer's cards will be presented one face down and one face up. In Lucky Lucky Blackjack, players must make a calculated decision whether to ‘stick’ with their current hand, or ‘hit’ and receive an additional card, in hopes of getting a total closer to 21.
Whilst the aim is to get as close to 21 without exceeding it, the player must also beat the dealer's hand in the process, adding an extra layer to the game. Each card dealt will showcase a value, with the numbered cards from 2-10 having their own respective face value, the King, Jack, and Queen valued at 10 points, and the Ace being counted at either 1 or 11, depending on what benefits the hand most.
Once the initial cards are dealt in Lucky Lucky Blackjack, the option is raised, allowing users to select from one of four primary betting options:
Hit - An extra card is added to the user’s hand.
Stand - No further cards are dealt, and the player sticks with their current hand value.
Double Down - Will require double the bet stake to receive one final card for their hand.
Split - If the user is dealt a matching pair, players can split the cards for double the stake, playing both hands individually.
After players finalise their decisions, the dealer will reveal their card that was initially face down. As it states in the visuals of the Lucky Lucky Blackjack release, if the dealer’s hand is 17 or more, they must stand; if it is 16 or lower, they must draw additional cards. Dealers will repeat this process until their hand exceeds 17.
Lucky Lucky Blackjack Bonus Features
On top of the traditional mechanics, the Lucky Lucky Blackjack title also features the titular Lucky Lucky feature, which is a form of side bet in this title. This side bet can award a prize based on the first two cards dealt to the player, alongside the dealer's first card. If the three cards in combination form a suited 777, suited 678, unsuited 777, unsuited 678, suited 21, unsuited 21, any 20, and any 19 combination, then a prize will be awarded depending on the bet stake. This side bet can only be played alongside the regular gameplay.
