Slingo Deal or No Deal Slot

Slingo Deal or No Deal is an online slot game that was developed and released by Gaming Realms in 2016. Over the years, many online slots have been released based on the popular Deal or No Deal show, though this is the first instalment with the innovative Slingo mechanics. As with all Slingo releases, the gameplay in this title blends elements of bingo and online slots, creating a unique playing experience.

Slingo Deal or No Deal Game Background

As this is a Slingo game, there are no paylines, like those found in classic slot games in the industry. The gameplay in the Slingo Deal or No Deal title showcases a 5x5 playgrid, with an additional row below, which is around the average for Slingo titles. Base game prizes in this title, and many other Slingo releases, can be triggered by marking off 5 numbers in a row, horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, which is regarded as a ‘Slingo’.

Aesthetically, the Slingo Deal or No Deal title is well-designed, showcasing visuals similar to those of other slot games in the series. The visuals here somewhat resemble a studio aesthetic from the popular TV show, with an overall dark atmosphere and a black-and-red backdrop. The main play area in Slingo Deal or No Deal occupies most of the view, with each side featuring a range of prize values.

Some other releases part of the same series as this title include Deal or No Deal The Big Draw and Deal or No Deal The Big Hit Megaways Jackpot King.

How to Play Slingo Deal or No Deal

The gameplay in the Slingo Deal or No Deal title begins with players using the stake selector to set their bet stake, which is relatively standard in the online casino industry. Once the stakes are set, gameplay begins when players press the green ‘start game’ button. Upon initiating gameplay, 26 red boxes will be displayed for players to select from. Once the stakes are set and a box is selected, the main gameplay will begin, with 10 waves of numbers landing on the additional row below the main play area.

Each number revealed in this additional row will mark off the corresponding number on the main grid, placing a star at its position. In Slingo Deal or No Deal, if five stars occupy positions in a row, horizontal, vertical, or diagonal, a Slingo will be created, potentially triggering a base game prize. Each time a number is marked off on the main play area, one of the prizes located at either side of the reels is removed. Each Slingo that occurs will move players up the prize boost ladder, located at the far left of the view.

Slingo Deal or No Deal Bonus Features

The Slingo Deal or No Deal title features a wide selection of bonus mechanics which may provide additional gameplay experiences if triggered. Many of the bonuses in this title come attached to symbols, with the likes of the Joker, Super Joker, free spins, and blockers.

Joker - Acts as the wild, and can be used to mark off any numbers in the column above.
Super Joker - Also acts as the wild, but can be used to mark off any numbers on the grid.
Free spin - Award an additional +1 spin at the end of the game.
Blocker - Blocks potential matches on the reels.

There are 12 possible Slingo patterns in the Slingo Deal or No Deal title, which can award multiplier prizes. The more Slingos an individual achieves, the higher the multiplier. Once the Slingo Deal or No Deal gameplay is finished, the prize value of the selected box will be awarded. If enough Slingos are achieved to reach the multipliers on the prize boost ladder, their values will be added to the base game prize of the box.

If players reach 4 Slingos, the ‘Bankers Offer’ feature will be triggered, where they can choose one of three options, including:

Deal - Take the banker's offer.
No Deal - Open your box selected at the beginning and collect the value.
Spin - Continue the game.

If players choose to keep spinning, the banker may raise the offer after each spin, with the value depending on the prizes remaining in the game.

In Slingo Deal or No Deal, after the 10 base spins are concluded, players can either carry on playing for an additional stake or collect the current prize, provided enough Slingos are achieved.

The Slingo Deal or No Deal title can be enjoyed on various devices, provided a stable internet connection is available, thanks to HTML5 technology. The software is popular throughout the industry, featured in other Slingo games and slots, thanks to its increased accessibility.
